"We are a congregation of ministers and workers inspired by the legacy of the Apapa Family, united to nurture leadership excellence and spread the Gospel."
The International Congress of Freedom Pastors is a non-denominational, global fellowship inspired by the legacy of the Apapa Parish of Freedom Hall, Lagos, Nigeria—one of Africa’s pioneering churches of excellence and leadership. This remarkable community, once led by visionary leaders like Pastor Tony Rapu, brought together ministers, professionals, and visionaries united in their dedication to Christ and the pursuit of transformational service.
As the Apapa Family’s influence spread globally, its members became leaders in ministries, organizations, and governments, united by the spirit of selfless service. Today, the Congress carries forward this heritage by uniting ministers and workers from diverse denominations into a global fellowship. Anchored in a vision to equip the next generation of leaders, the Congress fosters excellence through events, training programs, and resources aimed at spiritual and leadership growth. Today, the Congress seeks to build on this legacy, creating an inclusive platform that transcends denominational boundaries to unite ministers and workers from across the globe.
Our mission is to reignite the Apapa Spirit, nurturing a global community of leaders committed to spreading the Gospel and upholding the values of excellence and unity. Together, we are building a legacy that transcends boundaries, ensuring a brighter future for ministries worldwide. The mission will nurture a fellowship that empowers leaders with the tools, resources, and support to foster excellence in ministry and spiritual growth. Through international conventions, leadership training programs, and collaborative initiatives, we aim to inspire the next generation of ministers to carry forward the Apapa Spirit of unity and purpose. Together, we are advancing a global movement that equips leaders to spread the Gospel and strengthen the body of Christ worldwide.
We would be seeking major partners to step in. The ApapaCongress team will eventually begin to visit each continent to build relationships and explore possibilities and potential growth opportunities for the body of Christ in the future.
The Apapa Conferences to be held would not be just another gathering. The mission is critical. The vision is bold and the necessity is clear for our growing numbers. It would take all of us to bring ApapaCongress to life.
